Una compilation volta a celebrare il sodalizio tra due popoli, quello russo e quello italiano.
Il terremoto di Messina del 1908 fu uno degli eventi più disastrosi del XX secolo, che colpì le città di Messina e Reggio Calabria causando la morte di metà della popolazione della prima ed un terzo della seconda.
Tra il caos generale, i primi soccorritori stranieri che corsero in aiuto della popolazione devastata furono proprio i marinai russi alla fonda ad Augusta, che con sei navi si diressero a tutta forza verso Messina per il primo soccorso e per sedare gli atti di sciacalaggio in atto in quel momento.
Agli eroici russi venne assegnata una speciale medaglia di benemerenza, che campeggia sul bianco della copertina del disco.
Ai marinai fu dedicato anche un monumento a Messina, visibile ancora oggi nel "Largo dei Marinai Russi", la cui forte e possente figura sarà fregio del CD stesso.
In un rinnovato spirito di collaborazione e sodalizio musicale, l'album conterrà contributi inediti di act italiani e russi che negli anni i più appassionati avranno sicuramente saputo apprezzare e conoscere, per un'esperienza dalle tinte varie e per una dimostrazione di reciproco rispetto che trascende ogni confine.

A compilation celebrating the boundary between Russia and Italy. In 1908, the devastating earthquake of Messina was one of the most tragic events ever occured in the XX century. Half of the population of the city was killed by this powerfull event, but those who survived were immediately helped by russian sailors berthed in Augusta.
This compilation wants to celebrate this friendship and mutual help between two people, without borders or nationalist spirit, by merging italian and russian acts of the underground scene. A unique and variegated sound experience, and a symbol of mutual respect between the twos.
